Is Hamdeli only for women?

Currently, Hamdeli is focusing on expeditions designed to bring women from Himalayan countries with a passion for mountain climbing together to build community. Our plans are to expand our adventure opportunities to a wider range of individuals in the future. For custom built treks and climbs, our participants, support staff, friends trekkers, climbers and donors are from around the world and include all genders of people.

I'm not a woman climber from a Himalayan country; can I participate in a Hamdeli adventure?

We offer the opportunity to adventure with the women Hamdeli supports on a custom built adventure, anywhere in the world we can obtain visas for the women. We'd love to chat with you about how to get you involved.

How do you pronouce HAMDELI?

No, we're not a new deli featuring pork products! 😉.

It is pronouced "Ha-m-deh-lee" - from the root words "ham" which means heart, and "deli" which means with.
